Do I need to be present during my appointment ? 

In the beginning and the end of the detail NOT during. Handing off car keys, your presence is mandatory. We are NOT liable for misplaced or lost car keys. 

What are your hours of operations?

We are open Thursday and Sunday, 8am to 6pm. You can text or email 24/7 and we will get back to you during business hours.

Do you need power or a water source for my appointment?

No. Our vehicles are fully equipped with water and power.

Do you have a standing location to bring my vehicle into?

Our car detailing services are fully mobile. Services are provided at a location most convenient for you.

After a carpet and seat shampoo, why are the stains still there?

Stain removal with shampoo or extractor is NEVER 100% guaranteed to eliminate all stains. We will do our best to make your car look like new. If you’re not satisfied please contact us and we will send someone back to assess what may be done next.

Do you offer a multi vehicle discount?

Yes! Please call, text or email. A discount can be applied for multiple vehicles at the same address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. In addition, we also accept Zelle and Cash.

Is tipping mandatory?

No, completely optional.

How long does each car detailing take?

On average our appointments take 2-3 hours. Time varies based on vehicle size and condition. This information will be communicated with you at the start of your service.
